From Cape Town
Travelling east on the N2 take the Somerset Mall/Strand/Stellenbosch offramp and turn left onto the R44 (north). Proceed north to the intersection of the R44 and Main Road Somerset West (Waterstone Village Mall on your left at the intersection). Turn right into Main Road and then first left in Helderberg College Avenue. Proceed up Helderberg College Avenue to the second 4-way stop intersection (Irene Avenue). Turn right into Irene Avenue. DHEC is at No 131, on your right, approx 500 m from the intersection.
From Stellenbosch
Travelling south on the R44 take the Helderberg Estate M156 turnoff to your left as you approach Somerset West. At the traffic circle turn left into Irene Avenue and proceed east to the 4-way intersection with Helderberg College Avenue. Proceed straight on down Irene Avenue. DHEC is at No 131, on your right, approx 500 m from the intersection.
